You should install tcpflow with this command:

apt-get install tcpflow

 

After that you can use its in two ways:

  • tcpflow -i any -C -e port 80

The output will be on console and only for port 80.

  • tcpflow -i any -C -e port 80 >> fileOutput.txt

The output will be on file and only for port 80.

Now we see the parameters:

  • -i any : all interfaces
  • -C : output in console
  • -e : enable colors for different flow (for instance red for the requests and blue for the response)
  • port <number> : only for that port
